Villa Speronella is in the most panoramic and sunny area of San Martino di Castrozza, just a ten-minute walk from the centre. It is an Alpine chalet immersed in nature, next to the woods and the Cismon River, inside the Paneveggio Pale di San Martino Nature Park – a UNESCO World Heritage site.

Entirely renovated recently, the villa offers a spacious holiday apartment on three floors, ideal for accommodating both families and groups of friends for up to six people. The spaces are designed to share moments of relaxation together, starting with the 1,000 square metre gardens with porch, barbecue and chaise longue.

Every little detail has been passionately taken care of to make you fall in love with Villa Speronella. Wooden floors and mountain modern furniture create a warm and cosy atmosphere in every room, making you feel immediately at home.

You have a fully equipped kitchen, a private sauna , a garage with two parking spaces, a laundry room and a ski and bicycle storage room at your disposal. In addition, you can request a cleaning service and linen change during your stay.

There is no lack of attention to the environment either, thanks to state-of-the-art green technologies that ensure exceptional thermal comfort in all seasons.
